These bath flakes are ideal for replenishing the body with magnesium, an essential mineral which promotes overall wellbeing, aids skin health and relaxes muscles, effectively relieving tension and stiffness. Magnesium flakes can also be used for restless leg syndrome and in pregnancy and labour for aching muscles & early labour surges.

The transdermal magnesium process allows full tissue absorption by exposing the skin to a concentrated solution of magnesium chloride.
Transdermal magnesium is perfectly safe to use during pregnancy with no restrictions on dosage levels during this time. While some essential oils are advised to be avoid during pregnancy, those included in BetterYouproducts are classified as safe. However, if you have any concerns relating to your your own health, please seek the advise of your midwife or GP prior to use.
